High performance liquid dispersing agent for tunnelling and drilling
Where to use
– Mechanized tunnelling in presence of high fine aggregate percentages.
– Drilling operations to prevent the clay or bentonite aggregation on the drilling tools.
– Injection mixes as a dispersing agent.

Dosage
Dosages depend either on the application field and/or on the round water consolidation degree.
Drilling: 0.1-0.6% in water.
Mechanized tunnelling: 5-10 kg per m3 of conditioning ground.
Injection mixes: 0.3-0.8 % in weight on the weight of cement.
Our laboratory is available for assessing the dosage of Mapedrill FLS with the soil types met during tunnelling. To make the best use of Mapedrill FLS it is recommended to contact our “Underground Technology Team” technical service to verify and improve the characteristics, according to the local application conditions.
